Returns & Refunds Policy

At JMadd Studios, each piece of ceramicware is handcrafted with care, making every item unique. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, shape, and texture are normal and part of their charm.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
  • Defective Products: If you believe your item has a defect beyond natural variations, reach out within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll assess the issue.
  • General Returns: Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or minor aesthetic differences. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes, as production begins quickly.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If an item qualifies for a return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Custom & Commissioned Orders

  • Custom and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged in transit.
