Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
‍Defective Products: If you believe your item has a defect beyond natural variations, reach out within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll assess the issue.
‍General Returns: Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or minor aesthetic differences. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

‍Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes, as production begins quickly.
